Prevention Is Better Than Cure..... The best way not to contact HIV/AIDS is that everyone should abstain from sex, or if you can not do away with sex be faithful to your partner moreso use condom. From: Jeremiah Shola Ajayi

The best way.... Know your status and your partner and make sure you do it safe by using Condoms.Don't be in a comprimising situation with somebody you don't know his or her status condom or no Condom!
